Submitting a Tip for use in our
Tutorials or Newsletter

| How to Submit |
| We welcome both suggestions and content for the tips
section of our website and our newsletter. If you would like to submit a
tip or short tutorial for consideration, Please use the
Tips Submission Page form to do so. Your tip will be emailed to us
and we will send confirmation that we have received it. If you are
submitting a tutorial and have graphics, please note that so we may make
arrangement to get them from you. |
| Conditions and Reserved Rights |
| All submissions will be reviewed for relevant content.
Currently we are taking submissions on the topics of software, computer,
and internet tips, including email topics such as etiquette and format. We
will also consider business related computing tips. We are NOT taking
gaming tips at this time.
All content, including graphics, must be original or in the public
domain. Any content found to be a copyright infringement will be
removed from the site.
We reserve the right to format the submission to fit in with the look
and feel of our pages and to modify any graphics for such considerations
as download speed, wasted space (cropping), and appropriateness to
content. If no graphics are supplied, we reserve the right to add any
graphics we deem appropriate.
Your submission will be reviewed for spelling and common grammar
mistakes and as such these will be corrected. (Your name will be on it, we
want you to look good!) No profane or defamatory language will be
accepted. We reserve the right to edit out such instances and publish
your tip without them should the rest of your submission be acceptable. We
reserve the right to edit your submission for length. |
| Linking and Reciprocal Linking |
| If you have submitted a tip and have a website, please
include the address to your site in your submission. Your site address
will be included with your tip. All included site addresses will be
reviewed for appropriate, family-friendly content before a link is place
on our site. If we do not publish your submission (due to duplicated
topics, etc.) your site address may be placed on a "for further
information" page. We reserve the right not to include any link for
any reason.
As we are providing a link to your site, we respectfully ask that you
place a reciprocal link to us on your site. This is good
netiquette. You may link to us at the following URL:

| While your original content is your own, by submitting your
tip for consideration you give Steve Maurer/Steve Maurer Publications permission to publish your
content on this website in accordance to and agreement with the above
conditions. Should we find it appropriate to include a quote of all or
part of your tip in other publications that we may produce, we will
contact you before doing so.
This site is copyrighted and may not be reproduced, re-published,
printed or copied in any form, for other than personal use, without
the expressed written consent of Steve Maurer. You may not frame this

We will use your information to notify you if your submission has been
posted or if we have questions concerning your submission. If you wish to

are considering an opt-in newsletter for the near future on the same
subjects. If you would like to receive notice when we do so you can sign
up or become a contributing editor, please make that note in your
